From 22. 1. to 25. 1. I attended the Mid-Term training in Nová Dubnica. This training significantly helped me to better understand my role as a volunteer and showed me how my work can differ depending on the organization I work in. We had the opportunity to share our experiences, talk about the challenges we face, but also about the successes we achieved during our volunteering.
The training was also very enriching on a personal level. In addition to educational activities, we had the opportunity to get to know each other better, exchange opinions and support each other. There was also a good mood, team activities and a lot of fun, thanks to which I took away not only new knowledge but also pleasant memories from Nová Dubnica.
