Mobility for youth workers in the Erasmus+ program (Mobility of Youth Workers) is one of the main activities in the field of youth, which focuses on improving the quality of youth work through education and exchange of experiences of youth workers.

What does it mean?
A project activity that enables youth workers (animators, trainers, mentors, leaders of youth organizations) to gain new skills, knowledge and experience through international mobility and non-formal education.

Targets:

  • Improve the competences of youth workers
  • To support international cooperation between organizations working with youth
  • Introduce innovative approaches in youth work
  • To support the professional growth and personal development of participants
  • Increase the quality of Erasmus+ projects in the field of youth

 

Who can participate?

  • Youth workers (including volunteers), youth leaders, trainers, mentors
  • Youth organizations, youth associations, informal groups of young people

 

Duration of mobility:

  • 2 days to 2 months (excluding travel)
  • Training courses typically last 5–10 days.

 

Financovanie:

  • 100% of travel costs (based on distance)
  • Accommodation, meals and program are fully covered
  • Organizations also receive a contribution towards organizational costs
